Story 1: Yowie in Paragon: The whispers on the street, the strange news reports then the worst fears were confirmed a toddler was found, or rather his shoes were. It was clear, the Yowie had arrived in Paragon. Several supergroups discussed how best to solve the problem but the bodies were piling up and Paragons greatest were far too busy for pest control. So an independant hero was contracted, an unskilled tanker named The Friendly Werewolf. Now its true the werewolf was friendly but he was dim as a candle in a stadium. However his lycanthropic origins made him the perfect hunter so he bagan to search the city for the Yowie.
Now for those who don't know a yowie is a large humanoid animal with orange fur and huge fangs. They are commonly found in eastertn areas of australia. They have gorilla-like intellect and super-human agility and stamina. They also like the dark.
It was keeping in mind all these things that the werewolf set off in pursuit. He took five days but eventually tracked the yowie to a large cave just outside of Croatoa. He engaged him cautiosly taunting him into the daylight as this weakened the Yowie. They fought long and hard the werewolfs claws and teeth and warhammer swinging, flying, dipping and weaving. The yowie was a fearsome opponent and if not defeated by nightfall would become beyond the power of the Werewolf. Finally a chance for victory can just as the sun started to dip below the horizon. The Werewolf swung his hammer with all his might but not at the Yowie at a tree just behind it. The creature being blinded and caught off-guard was pinned under the fallen tree. The wolf moved in slowly regaining his stragnth for the one final blow. He rose his hammer, swung it round his head, brought it down and, CRUNCH! The Yowies skull split and its brains were splattered all over the landscape .
The werewolf thought about the experience he had gained from this battle and how best to apply it. He wandered back into Croatoa and took a bath. That night he called up a friend, Eagle-Girl, and asked if she would kindly get her pets to clean up the mess he had made. Luckily she accepted.

So my first CoH story attempt was, well, weak at best. S i've decided to start this thread it will contain short stories about heroes and villains in paragon and around the world. Some of them will be my characters and some will be purely my imagination. If I or you like a character then i may write multiple stories for them. So i'll go brainstorm and I should have a story for you within an hour.
