Nice, tho the lighting on the kiss pic could use a little more work. A tip is to add some softer lights to even out the shadows and not make them as hard. It takes some practise to get right, but once you do, you'll know how to do it in future 
You could also try change the shadow color to a darker dray rather than black. (tho i am not sure if poser allows this).
Ad for hair, look up Kozaburo. He does some of the most awesome hair for poser. I also remember seeing some tutorial he had on how to build hair if you cannot find some of his to download.
Yep, the first one needs some tweaking, bit too grey. There's only one distand light in the picture. So, actually, this only has soft lights, what it lacks is any direct lights. Still, I was going for something specific and it doesn't quite work.
The shadow colour depends on the light colour and the shadow softness. Shadow bias can also affect it since higher bias tends to result in harder shadows.
I've been unimpressed by Kozaburo's hair (IIRC), at least for my purposes. I really need a good bob which can be a bit longer than typical. Most of the bob cuts are well above shoulder height and don't include length morphs.
