CoH has some slash commands that allow you to record, and playback, on screen action. /demorecord is the one you're looking for, but check the help as they ARE documented. These produce text files which can then be manually edited by those savvy enough. There are some guides online if you're interested in doing it yourself, but it's really complicated stuff.

and i am pretty sure that you can do that in normal game.
I heard that there is some Video/demo mode but i dont know how to acces it(btw this video is old so it isnt architect)
or its dev mode? i dunno
