A new idea for Kinetics Mastermind maybe?
wow no one likes it or what?
Sorry for not replying earlier - the stupid form is no longer valid thing hit.
I'd say it's pretty good, from my eyes. Someone with more number-knowledge and veterancy could go deeper and give some more comments on the set, though.
From the first look I say this set is completely the same as kinetic. (I assume that there is a typo in Burnout power, instead of End there should be dmg).
SB pets?? WOW That i got to see . Kinetic for MM could be overpowered.

[/ QUOTE ]i did say i taken kinetic and replaced a few things around to make it less overpowering to what a kinetic power would do.... so there is no typo... i have taken out damage buff to the player and either place then with recovery rate buff or increasing some of your own health or enegry.
i think this make a nice alteration solution to being a kinetic as it still does the drains....but i like to think this is more like making a illness set as i gone with the idea of making people go slow and tried like they got a cold or something
ok i look at alot of post say a mastermind will be overpower, so i took a look at kinetics list of power and i tried to come up with a new way for mastermind to get a kinetics ish build i called it Fatigue for the moment
Fatigue
Leech
Leech drains an enemy of some Endurance and reduces the target's Regeneration rate, and transfers that energy, in the form of Hit Points, to all allies near the affected foe. You can use Leech to heal yourself as well as your allies.

Burnout
You can Burnout the Power from a targeted foe, reducing his damage potential. The some Endurance is transferred back to you, increasing your own Endurance and that of all nearby allies.

Diseased
Diseased creates a mass of flies that violently repels nearby foes. Each villain that is repelled costs additional Endurance.

Vigor
Increases an ally's mass, freeing him from any Disorient, Immobilization, or Hold effects and leaving him resistant to such effects for a while. Vigor also protects the target from Knockback, as well as Smashing and Energy damage. Because the target active mental and physical forcefulness, his movement speed is Faster. You cannot use this power on yourself.
Recharge: Fast
Available at level: 16
get up and go
You can hasten a single targeted ally. The target's movement speed, attack rate, and Endurance recovery are all greatly increased and the target gains resistance to Slow effects. You cannot use this power on yourself.

feebleness drains an enemy of some of his Endurance and transfers that Endurance to all allies near the affected foe. You can use feebleness to recover Endurance for yourself as well as your allies.
Recharge: Slow
Available at level: 35
unhealthiness
unhealthiness drains the power of a targeted foe and all foes nearby, transferring a health and endurance recovery rate to all adjacent allies, the caster, and those near the caster. Affected foes will deal less damage. The more foes that are affected, the more recovery rate your allies receive. unhealthiness can dramatically turn the tide of a melee battle.
Recharge: Long
Available at level: 38
ok this is my 1st attemp to do a whole set of power, yes some of the power will do the same as kinetic, but i take off the bit that i think that would of made it overpowering and tried a different way of thinking
