Hit L30 and run a mish to unlock them.
If you've done that they will be at the bottom of the character design.

The same applies to the auras from the Cyborg Pack, but they'll be available regardless of level, and without the need to do a mish, just so you know. Or at least, they should be now.

Heya, i got a message that auras are availiable in tailor buti cant seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone knows what i have to do?
