buying respec problem

Sounds like an issue with your credit card company. I'd phone them up and make sure they haven't frozen your card for some reason. In the past the CoH website has occasionally told me it won't accept payments from a Credit Card, but it's always given me the reason why (more than 5 PlayNC items purchased via this card).
A "Fraud suspicion" message sounds much more like your credit card company's doing to me.
sounds like a problem that was affecting US accounts some months back when the banks changed their validation processes.

I recently tried purchasing a respec for my blaster, and after pressing charge my card, it comes up can not be accepted, after pressing ok it says FRAUD SUSPICION.
Can someone please explain whats going on and anyway to purchase without this coming up?
It is my card under my name that I have bought respecs with before 2 weeks ago, I cant understand why now it refuses to work.
