I can't log in..
Are you sure you have the correct client? (EG, an EU account but have accidetnally downloaded the US updater, etc?)
and are you using your Game details for certain? They can differ from your PlayNC master account details
Check your shortcut. Odds are it's pointing to "CohUpdater.exe" instead of "CohUpdater.EU.exe"

I'm having a problem here..
I've just updated CoH and tried to log in.
I type in the username (almost a dozen times. I also checked in the City of Heroes folder in program files, and copied the username) and typed in my password (also.. about a dozen times) and it's not working. Caps lock isn't on, and I made sure I'm typing it right. yet it still doesn't work. it just says that the username/password is incorrect.
Is anybody else having this problem?
