It seems you have to unlock auras first at level 30, then they're all under "Combat Auras"
Well I've looked on my lvl 50s and don't have them so how do I unlock them?

They should be immediately available as soon as you've done the City Rep's mission to unlock Auras in the first place. Once that's done, and you've applied the Cyborg Pack code to your account, just pop to Icon and look under Aura, find Combat Aura in among the different types (the first list full of Electric etc) and it should be close to, if not bang on at the top of the list.
If it isn't, then there's a problem. In which case poke support.
