The 'moral compass' was mentioned in the survey they put out a little while ago, along with a new AT which would be neutral and could swing to one side or the other (or stay neutral).
'Going Rogue' has been on the cards since CoV came out. It was even suggested for putting into the initial CoV launch (yeah, like that was gonna happen ). I have actually made heroes who had the potential to slide and been rather annoyed that the system looked like it would never happen.
The fact that it is making its way back into potential schedules is cool and shows that NCNC do seem to have a clue, as opposed to Cryptic who had a good idea and little idea how to follow through with it.
