Extra slots without credit card?

I have asked this before and I will ask again.

Is there a way to buy extra slots without a credit card? It seems I can pay for most other things without one why not this?
I can use a credit card but I dont want to register it with my account by buying subs as well pushing the total way up for extra slots for me?

Anyway I can just use a card without buying subs?

Please. I really want those slots.

If I change the billing method to credit card it wont bill till my time runs out?
So could I change to credit card. Buy slots then cancel the card payment and go back to paypal/timecards etc?

Yup, the card payments only start when your account is up for renewal.
