VEAT Widow Elude drop

Hey guys having recently taken elude on my widow and used it a few times i have noticed that its like the old days of no flashing icon before the drop i checked a few of my other SR toons and they are still flashing. So my question is anyone else having this problem or not having this problem or is this an intentional thing and its not supposed to flash for VEAT's?

Checked your icon settings?

Dont think my settings are any different from any of my other toons but will check, thanx for the input and suggestion
