extra patch notes a yesterdays no patch

looking thougth the american forums to see if i could find out any more about yesterdays problems with the patch came across 2 things
Hi everyone,

We wanted to point out an additional patch note that we have included for the publish of version 17.20080723.3T that went to the Live servers on August 5th.

Bases

Coalition Base Storage change – To correct an issue with access rights, it is no longer possible to store salvage or enhancements within storage bins of an allied base in a Coalition.

We want to be clear that this change was necessary to correct a problem where a malicious user could gain unauthorized access to supergroup storage. We anticipate users will be able to work around this revision by actively trading between Coalition members and not the storage bins.

For anyone who is logging into their account to find that it has Trial Account Limitations, please know that this is a known issue that we are working on correcting as quickly as possible. For reference, the issue is affecting a very small subset of our players - but this doesn't make it any less of a priority for us.

The reason for this problem lies in a core change in how we manage trial accounts and optimizations included in the latest live version over how we did that in previous versions.

Again, our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We anticipate having a solution for the problem implemented today or early tomorrow. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding.

Found the 2 snipets above while looking for the expected screams about the reversion of the patch. But found none as you can see they havn't put the patch back on there servers.
