This is a pretty generic post but can anyone tell me if Mind/Elec is A) easy leveling (possibly solo) B) any good for sirens/RV PVP?
If so anyone got any must take and skippable powers?

Its one of the, if not the easiest dominator to lvl solo. its also good in pvp however having most of its damage assigned to melee u must ensure targets are held first, TK also needs to be on quicker recharge than other doms to gain teh full benefit of the sets.
