Crashing after going back to character screen

Hi, Both me and partner had where we logged a character out and when we go to log another one in, the game gets stuck on defiant button and the sound loops, then the crash screen comes up. Then of course you have to verify all over again.

Anyone else had this?

I´ve had this a couple of times, but only when I've changed accounts at the same time. After I've started the game again it verifies all files before launching the game.

The most likely suspect is either a video driver problem, or an installed and running application is causing it. It would help if you could give us a rundown of your system specs, what OS you're running, driver versions, and and apps you're also running at the same time. It would also help if you could detail any error message the crash screen might give you.
