Chapter 1: Sparks
Cyrano and Cyrona, born 12 seconds apart to a mother who died giving them life, grew up smart, strong and atheletic.
They know not of their father, only 2 gifts a year for their birthday and christmas's. Large sums of money, given directly to their banks of course.
The two brothers were born with many gifts. Each giving them their talents. Muscles to show up adults, brains to outsmart teachers and legs to outrun olympians. Only they knew however, that these powers were not natural, they were mutations. They 3 'common' powers they had they used freely, but one secret gift they kept the themselves. They had the ability to instantly create, manipulate and weaponise fire and heat. They kept this power low profile, hardly ever using it, that was until their 18th.
When an orphan turns 18 he is given what was saved for him, given accomodation and given a life outside of the world he knew. The boys shared an apartment in the city, close to their workplace, shops, anything they needed. Life went perfectly for them for 9 months, until Cyrano spotted a woman being mugged in the alley behind their apartment building. He dashed in to protect her, fighting off the attacker. He gave the girl shelter, little did he know the attacker watched him enter his home, knowing where he lived. Wanting revenge.
Cyrona was a little more than shocked to come home to a young woman lying on their couch asleep. Cyrano quickly explained the situation to him. The next day, early morning, they made a short trip to the shop, they took the girl as she insisted they stay with her. The streets were empty apart from a small group outside the shops.
They emerged from the shops an hour later, they streets slowly filling with people, including the group outside the shops, which tripled in size. The group followed them back, the brothers exchanging worried looks. They didnt even notice the man step out in front of them to block their path. The woman gasped loudly, instantly recognising the man, it was her attacker from yesterdays mugging attempt.
"Miss me?" He croaked as the group behind them grabbed the trio, holding them still.
"You embarressed me yesterday, being scared off by you is not something I would like to remember, so I would like to set the record straight" Smilig wickedly as he drew a knife slowly
"Cy?"
"Dont do it"
"Were gonna have to, they'll kill us"
"They wouldnt, dont you dare, you dont know what could happen"
"Cyrona? Brother, i'll need you for this"
"Dont you dare! NO!"
Cyrona and Cyrano stood in blackness, not from lack of light, but from the ashes of burnt items coating the ground. They looked around.. and saw devasatation. Buildings, burned to the ground. Cars, melted clumps of metal, people, piled of ash.
Everyone in a half a mile radius, in the space of 8 seconds, reached a temperature of 5000degrees due to a nova expanding from the younger brother.
"Oh Cy...what have I done? I couldnt stop, I only wanted to burn them, to get them off... what did..."
"I know brother... we knew the risks.. we paid the price.. now we have to pay one last debt"
Cyrano nodded to his brother, stifling tears. He caused the deaths of 200 people that morning, he knew that his powers were not to be used, and he had to be removed from society.
Cyrona turned to look at the sun, he knew he had to pay for his brothers mistakes too, he had to protect him, from himself, and others.
They turned away and ran, they never stopped running untill they couldnt see their memories.
IN CHAPTER 2: The brothers grow to control their powers in confinement using their funds to build suits to harness it. But what happened to the ALPHA model to cause it to mailfunction?

Hey all, Cyrona here off union. New to CoH but been playing WoW on a RPPvP server for a year now.
Hoping to bring my rp skills over so I wrote up the stories to my main characters.
The Chronicles consist of the Mutations of the Cy brothers, their creations of the Chrono Suits and what went wrong with Version 2.0.
To help you understand whats going to happen, here is a brief of the storyline.
Cyrano and Cyrona were twin brothers whose mother died during childbirth. They grew up atheletic, smart and gifted... in more ways than imaginable. They developed suits to control their powers, but malfunctions led to the suits gaining control, corrupting the ALPHA project, Cy 2.0.
I usually random RP, but I used to write stories so here's a shot, its a little sluggish, so rate, slate or w/e. Used to criticism, i'll help.. I think it sucks atm as I IS 3am xD
