I generally pvp solo yes. At lvl 22 atm and it's working quite nice. If more than one villain in zone I confuse the dangerous one, sonic cage the less dangerous and release my PA for cover while going for the villain I think I can take out quick. More then 3 villains in the area and I generally don't attack unless on team.
