I want to make a Peacebringer but... uhh... I'm having a little trouble planning one so I thought I'd ask you lovely, knowledgeable people.
My Search-Fu isn't all it's cracked up to be so if anyone can:
[*]Make me a Build (No IO Sets, just normal IOs or SOs) for a Tri-Form and Human/Dwarf Form Peacebringer; I shall worship the ground you walk on like the Adoring Fan from The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion.
[*]Find me a guide on how to make a good Tri-Form or Human/Dwarf Form Peacebringer.
