Myself on my current tri form build WS has Eclipse slotted for 3x Recharge Reducution and 1x Accuarcy. I tend to fire off a mire, human or dwarf, before hitting Eclipse for the extra to hit bonus 
It really is a "to taste" thing. Add slots on the herobuilder and just see what may make sense to you. I wouldn't prioritize putting several slots in it immediately until you played with it enough.

Ahh thanks for the advice been messing about with it and I dont feel it needs anything more than 1 acc and 3 recharges, the resistance doesn't need to be buffed at all really. Thanks.
I managed to hit 38 on both my PB and my WS within a short while and light forms slotting is pretty straight forward but can anyone give me some advice on slotting eclipse?
