No idea but maybe is related to the open story arcs. How many books appear next to your contacts on your contact window? How many active mission have you got?

Heroes:
Plumber, Ice Desert Girl, Doc Goodheart, Banana Machoman, Pavattone, Penguin Shark, Sting like a Bee
Villains:
Bricklayer, Savage Dentist, Fruit Cocktail, H. Yashida, Shesinellek
tv has 4 open missions and 3 or 4 story arcs, check your other active contacts to see if they are already offering you mini arcs (a red book should appear next to their name) or arcs ( a yellow book should appear next to their name)
You can only have 2 running story arcs at a time .
Ahhhh that might be it, cleared the missions from Tavish Bell and Ghost Widow, but hadnt cleared the story arcs, will check tonight and see if that does it.
Anyone have any ideas, why Television only gave me 4 missions? Or indeed how to get all the others.
