Help on PvP Invun/Ss tanker
With mine, I have tough, unyeilding, temp invulnerability and invincibility toggles on, I also have aid self and dullpain 6 slotted, plus resist energies because many people use energy melee in PvP because of its burst damage.
You will want to 6 slot knock out blow and maybe rage, dont get punch, and get foot stomp to help unhide any stalkers around and also for another part of the attack chain.
PM me any other questions if you want, or ingame, Union - @Shadow Crown.

AoE attacks will not unhide stalkers because of the massive AoE defence Hide has, not that Foot Stomp is a bad attack.
I'm not sure why you would want to 6 slot Rage since you don't need more than one recharge if you're also using Hasten, unless you are slotting a whole IO set - a 5 slotted Adjusted Targeting would be a nice fit.
The main problem with SS is the slow recharge of KnockOut Blow; it's a pretty good set for Siren's Call as a hit & runner.
Rage + Foot stomp slotted can very likely unhide a stalker without its tier 9 on or other buffs. And I said maybe 6 slot rage, and the IO sets are a very good idea.
And yea i agree with the slow recharge of KOB, i don't have hasten on my tank because I need the pools for fitness, fighting and medicine, and because of the amount of -speed compared to -jump, I chose leaping pool instead. But its up to player.

Hide has over 60% AoE defence with 3 slots.
Even if it didn't hit, it would still show up as the attack missing, which would tell you a stalker is near and he still wants to use it in PvE so slotting rage could help and like you said would be good with an IO set.

I hadn't thought of that ;p although I can't think why you'd stand around waiting to find out. My point about slotting Rage too much is that there's little benefit overslotting the recharge but the IO set does make 5 slots probably worth it.
On the issue of no Hasten and Tough - do you really think it's worth not having Hasten and taking Tough instead? Hasten makes a huge difference to how much Dull Pain is up (take off 50s of recharge which makes it almost always up, with about 10 seconds downtime) - and improves the recharge of KnockOut Blow from 25s to 14s, as well as everything else - Aid Self, Foot Stomp etc. Bearing in mind that Tough will only help with Slashing/Lethal and no other damage types.
Well its the way i play and stuff is the reason why i chose tough, my tank isn't really an attack tank, im more of the perma taunt tanker.
But for an active PvP tank i would choose hasten, i had hasten before and it was very helpful with rage, dull pain etc. Just depends on play style.

Maybe post your tanker's build Duggy using mids' Hero/Villain Designer. What you've done sounds ok but tanks aren't PvP monsters for a number of reasons - their damage generally isn't great, (effectively) no ranged attacks, very few debuffs, only a little bit of mez power. Their defences are pretty good but this only means that tanks are last on the list for preferred targets since a)they take a long time to defeat and b)they aren't much of a threat compared to say, any other AT.
If you like playing a Taunt-Bot then you can do this well since you can survive better than most. I've had fun as a Stalker hunter in Siren's using Ice/SS though and that works OK if you're teamed up with someone else.
If you want to make your tank a PvP monster, my first thought is that you will have to work at it. IOs will probably be more or less required, as well as a lot of practice as you will have to change tactics depending on what opponent you face at the moment. For instance, going toe-to-toe with an Energy Melee Brute will be very very difficult. Kiting him will probably be necessary to avoid defeat (though Aid Self may help there), though it will put a dent in your damage output as well.
I would recommed you to start looking at IOs to increase your survivability and damage potential. To accomplish the former I would recommend regeneration and health bonuses. Regeneration in particular is easy to come by, and reaching +300% (including the bonus from slotted Health) is quite possible.
Defence bonuses can be useful depending on your opposition. Most villains lack +ToHit powers, which will make defence viable if you can stack enough of it. If you decide to go for defence I would however recommend Weave from the fighting pool, though that may change quite a lot in your build. One advantage of defence is that any debuffing attack will need to hit you to apply the debuff. As an example, with five partial Aegis sets for your resist powers you can get quite a lot of fire and cold defence, which will help against Cold blasters/corruptors/et.c. Their slow and -recharge attacks will hit more seldom, which will be a large help since they are one of the more dangerous enemies you will find. On the whole though, defence is a bit unreliable in PvP.
To increase your damage potential your best bet would be to accumulate +Recharge bonuses. Crushing Impacts in your attacks would be one of the possibilities. Bear in mind this will increase your endurance use. I assume you have Hasten from the Speed pool, which does go a very long way in this regard as it gives you a +70% recharge bonus for every power.
I would actually like to recommend Hand Clap for PvP. It is able to stun enemies without mez protection long enough for you to seriously hurt or even defeat them. I realize you might have less need for it than myself though, since I lack both the Speed and Leaping pool and have flight as a travel power. Hence I usually need to lock my enemies before they run.
Lastly, just as the above poster did, I definitely recommend you to try out Mids Hero builder as it really is an excellent tool for planning out your build.
i have my tanker set for Pve and i would like to set him for PvP but i dont no how to do it in a tanker to make im unstoppable in other words , could anyone help me with this please
