I'm confused!!! Do IOP's actually exist or not??? if they dont exist, is all current base raiding effectively "friendly"?

they do exist however that complete part of the raid system is corently wsitched off for reasonsbest known only tot he devs so you are correct in asuming that all current raids are freindlys with no permanent damage dun to bases just alot of fun had by all
