1. Does Powerboost increase the amount of damage res debuff ?
2. Does Boostrange effect the Cones?
3. Does Buildup + Amplyfy + Defiance get close to damage cap?
and if so, would the -Res make for more damage? or is the -Res negated if at the cap already ?

1.No, -res is unenhanceable.
2.Yes, both angle and debth
3.Not sure, but -res contributes beyond the cap.
