They do to some extent. Also Power Boost and well-slotted Stun arrow are a really nasty combination versus Squishies.

I have been having fun with my Archery / Nrg Blaster... I am not yet at the level to enter Sirens call but I do love pvp, have many a pvp toon.
I was wondering how well Archery does in Pvp... ~ does the range and Accuracy make up for the lethal dmg and animation times.
