15/03/1996: In a recent covert recruitment operation within the FBI, CIA and [CLASSIFIED], [CLASSIFIED] was discovered. After careful observation, it was noted the candidate fits our profile. Contact was made swiftly and the candidate seemed keen on working with us.
01/04/1996: The procedures have been finished. [CLASSIFIED] is now our newest recruit.
23/09/1999: After an exemplary time of working with us, [CLASSIFIED] was promoted to the rank of Gunslinger, obtaining the new Primary Alias of Omega Chimera Black, as well as the increased Security Clearance for the rank.
27/10/2001: In an MHI involving the meta-human Hellwolf, a full unit of Tactical Operatives, one Operation Officer and one Operation Engineer, under the command of Omega Chimera Black, was destroyed. Omega Chimera Black himself barely survived and is now undergoing treatment in our medical facility in [CLASSIFIED].
05/11/2001: The medical staff of the facility have tried, and failed, at preserving Omega Chimera Black his arms; the tissue and bone damage was too severe. They have been amputated. The medical staff have increased the surveillance to detect, prevent and minimize related mental damage.
06/11/2001: At the request of Omega Chimera Black, he will participate in the cybernetics Project.
08/11/2001: The 35 hour operation in which the cybernetics would be implanted has succeeded. Initial medical reports look promising; ReHab is underway.
14/11/2001: The head of the medical facility in [CLASSIFIED] reports that there was a relapse in Omega Chimera Black his mental health; he appears to be catatonic.
18/11/2001: Contact with the medical facility that contains Omega Chimera Black has been lost. An Emergence Response Unit has been send to contain the situation in [CLASSIFIED].
19/11/2001: The rapports of the ERU are in: approx. 30% of the staff, medical and otherwise, have been destroyed during Omega Chimera Black his escape. It would appear Omega Chimera Black is now suffering of cyberpsychosis. The audio track of the security footage suggest he now believes that we are as much traitors to our country as the meta-humans that fail to cooperate with us are. There are no clues that point to his whereabouts.
20/11/2001: After a meeting with the highest Echelon, Omega Chimera Black has been marked as a Traitor. All of his Contacts have been informed and his Security Clearance has been revoked. Case closed.
18/11/2005: Case reopened; a new meta-human threat that uses the name of and conforms to the description of Omega Chimera Black has been spotted in Paragon City. Two Gunslingers have been dispatched to confirm his identity.
22/11/2005: His identity has been confirmed. The Traitor designated with the Alias of Omega Chimera Black has surfaced again.
06/02/2006: Though we have hunted Omega Chimera Black, the so-called Freedom Phalanx has beaten us to it. They currently hold him in the Ziggurat.
08/01/2007: Arachanos Operatives have freed, amongst other meta-humans, Omega Chimera Black from the Ziggurat. He is on the loose again. Continue the hunt.
