firsty i wanted to share with you all some of my experience with my kat/reg scrapper!
secondly its not a guide but some things to know about kat/reg
this is my PVE,PVP build when i reached 50 and i went to test server to see some things about slotting!
so i wrote ya the powers i have in 50 lvl and the slotting i have!note(this build is after I8)
Hurddle==> jump(didnt take swift cause i wanted to jump the blocks easier and not stuck)
Health==> heal,heal,heal
stamina==> EndMod, EndMod, EndMod
focus accuracy==>EndRdx,EndRdx,EndRdx AccBuf, AccBuf,AccBuf
conserve power==>Rechg
some things about the powers!
dont know alot about numbers,makes my life easier!
1)most scrappers got serious end problems so i got fitness pool and i feel much
better know!the end reg is very awesome with quick recovery and stamina together
and you can kill groups 1 by 1 and not rest after the 2 or 3 group when you had only
quick recovery!and when my end bar goes to half i hit conserver power and guess what !
2)with 3 heal enchs in(fast healing,intergration,health)you got an awesome health reg
and when you see too much trouble coming you can dull pain and FH(you dull pain before
to have Max HP so your health reg is MAX)!i thing you cant be killed with dull and FH
together,and if you see more trouble coming you got reconstruction!
3)the atcing powers r pretty cool!the only thing i wanna say is about the Golden Dragonfly!
its the most powerful skill we got and with little attension we can hit with it 2 or in
some cases 3 mobs!when you run into a group firstly better dont have SS on cause your aim
will be bad..better use only sprint!then you line up and bang!it could take you 1 or 2 sec
to aim but 300-400 dmg to 2 mobs is pretty cool!my chain with hasten is GD,SD,LOD,SOTW and
with no hasten i add DA!
4)for tough i cant say many things!with Resilience you got your max smashing and lethal dmg resist
and its the most common dmgs in the gaME!iN pvp When you meet a ss brute or kat etc you will see
the difference
5)MOG...its the most argueable power i have ever seen in forums!i thing its good and the most
reg scrappers i have seen in game and info them all got it!Maybe its not a pure reg power but
i like the name alot !i sloted only with def cause someone told
me that iam already in the cap from Resilience!its a life savor for all the times i have used it
and its like the description Moment If Glory..your last moments of glory to kill everything around
you and die(or not) :P!better have Dull PAIN on cause you HP would be more in mog status than with out it!
And learn how and where to use it cause phy and auto hit with take your GLORY!personally i used it
alot in in PVP for duels when dull,reconstruction and FH was off and i had nothing else in my sleeves and i
really killed alot of ppl with it on desperattly trying to hit me and they RIP(rest in peace) know!
6)the only thing i could respect from these is weave so i get laser beam eyes!its a pretty cool power
to have cause in PVE you dont have to chase mobs in meelee to kill em and does some decent dmg with 3 SO's!
and its pretty helpful in PVP too for the runners like dominators,corruptors,masterminds etc and believe
me i have chase alot of them and killed em with LBE in my previous build!
Another possibility in PvP is to respec weave for Air superiority!its a great power cause the
runners-leavers could not fly to get away(dominators,corruptors etc) and have knockdown too!
and i didnt get any fly or jump as a secondary travel power cause since I8 and safeguard i got raptor
and g-zero pack!they got 2 hours of use each so i thing it could take a while till they finish cause i dont
use them all the time!and if they end i got 3 respecs to thing about what i will do !
For last i wanted your Opinions on my build and slots....i could use em right and i hope i helped some ppl
