Comments and suggestions are more than welcome, would really like to enjoy a dom in a long run, since it's the only AT I don't play at all.
Also, I'm not too sure about Flash Freeze, it sounds kinda meh since it's a sleep and doms tend to AE quite a bit..could be useful as a panic power though I guess.
And last but not least, don't mind the order in which the powers are listed, or the level at which the enhancements are taken, that's purely for information's sakes and doesn't reflect the order I actually take them in game. Basically I take the powers I feel I need, when I feel I need them

I have an AoE sleep on my Plant dominator. It's not all that useful in a group fight to be honest, though it can come in handy while soloing and escaping nasty situations. The plus side of sleep powers is that they tend to be relatively accurate, and last a good long while as well.

Trying to get a build for my latest alt, an Ice/NRG dominator, the only dom combo I've enjoyed so far.
Purely PvE, probably no solo at all (my wife rolled her own Grav/NRG dom to team up with mine).
Bear in mind I've never played a dominator past level 10 or so, and thus have no idea what I'm doing at all
