Fancy some roleplaying on the Defiant* server?
The Patriot Brigade is a fledgling supergroup currently seeking out Defiant server roleplayers to join our ranks.
We aim to roleplay our characters within the CoH universe, doing missions, patrols and have a whole lot of fun in the process!
If you've never roleplayed before, not a problem - just hop in and join-in when you feel ready - find myself (Vixen Girl) or Captain Patriot and we'll introduce you to the basics. If you're a veteran RPer, well - you know what this is all about and we'd be happy to accomodate you.
We follow a few conventions that we've found work for us - we use Team chat for all our in-character RP, and use /tells and Supergroup chat for OOC communication.
Ideally, we'd like you to have an idea of your character's background so you know where you're coming from RP-wise, so that's all we ask.

Lead by Captain Patriot, the Patriot Brigade is just getting started and already we've done some great stuff. Captain Patriot currently worries for the young Union Jack Patriot after his recent Werewolf bite, Vixen Girl continues to evade the clutches of The Council - and what secret is she hiding from Patriot Brigade psychics Union Jill and Siren Star? Who or what is "The Clear?" What mysterious force is behind the sudden disappearence of Brigade members Dragonbane and Winter Blizzard? Who is the mysterious Ultrakid II who keeps showing up at the most opportune moments, and will Captain Patriot ever track down the fearsome General Bismarck? Where are you?
We play on the Defiant server, casually on various weeknights or weekends. As we get more members, we're going to try and schedule occasional mututally agreeable RP meetings/missions at agreed times - times will be advertised on our forums or via our Yahoo Mailing List.
We've got a website at: http://www.patriotbrigade.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ and some great forums to help organise things, plus a yahoo mailing list to keep you up-to-date with the latest info. We're currently small and gaining momentum, so take this chance to join the Brigade and help shape its future! We're very casual, we don't expect you to be on 24/7 (because we're not!) - just visit when you can and RP occasionally for fun and amusement.
Some of us also aim to develop our characters into comic-book runs or further fiction - see our website for more information (there's already Vixen Girl and Captain Patriot comics available for download.)
