Think that's another badge that only the mission owner gets, not the rest of the team, not certain of it though.
Think entire team gets it - well one of my alts did on someones mission.

I'm currently working towards the Headline Stealer Accolade badge and only need the Couch Potato Badge to complete the set.
Unforetunately I am currently lvl 41 and so cannot unlock the Television as a contact.
