Hi im thinking of making a */dev mostly for pvp purposes and i have made a build for fire/dev some might say ice/dev but is the snipe worth it? and how is the damage difference with Blaze and bitter ice blast? The other thing is i have 3 free power slots and im thinking of medicine going stim+aid self and acrobatics in at 30 this is the build with that in:
