After playing on CoV for a while, i have dusted off my old blaster character and i am really enjoying playing him. I have checked the boards for build advice, i think what i have done is ok. The only thing is i am not totally sure of when to take certain powers and how to slot them.
My character is exactly the same upto lvl 15 on the build.
