Pretty intriging story there. Shame about the bad grammer, but that can be improved.
I enjoyed reading it and I'm sorry to see OutKaster turn bad.
Oh well, better hope he doesn't have a run-in with the mighty force that is the Militia.

OutKaster worked in an experiment lab, one day on an experiment with cryogen and radioactive wastes he blacked out. In the next day he woke up on the ground of the experiment lab everything was frozen, well not everything he wasnt and when he touched the ice, it wasnt cold
Strange said OutKaster This looks like Ice but its not cold he shrugged and continued to wandering around trying to find someone alive, but they where all frozen.
He tried to remember what happened but he had and giant headache and he couldnt remember anything. He scratched his head, and my name is . And again the headache, no nothing he caught amnesia, but somehow he could remember of the lab. The next night was passed on the lab, when he woke up on the frozen ground he looked up Man I got to leave this place, nothing good here. He said and stands up, the belly growled, he was hungry.
After three hours wandering on the lab trying to find and exit, he finally found one, the sewers.
After what it looked like and eternity, he saw the light in the tunnel and left, he arrived on a beach, he was not hungry, tired of wandering, and he smelled bad, OutKaster stared to the water and shrug, will do no bad and he entered the water to clean himself, after a while he left the sea and grabbed his clothes hum no better not to wear this they stink. he left the clothes on the sand and left the beach, it was dawn and he chosen the dark streets, so no one could see him. He saw some mans cloth on a window and he stole them, now dressed up he had to find something to eat, a lady on a park gave him something to eat, it made him happy Thanks Lady, and if you need any help, just come here and talk with me, and thanks once more. he said, and walked to a bench and sited down.
At night a group of five bullies appeared, OutKaster was sleeping, they started to yell and make beat everyone they seen, and when they see OutKaster sleeping on the bench they surrounded him and started to beat him, he face them but they overpowered him in numbers, after a while he was on the ground getting kicks, he blacked out. When he woke up he wasnt lied down, he was stand up and the bullies where frozen up Hum this is strange did I do this? he looked to his hands and them where dropping water, he scratched his head Now this makes sense I just have to find out how to control this
A few months passed and he learned how to control it, and use it. He stared to fight crime, but one day on a bank assault something went bad, OutKaster couldnt control the Ice and he frozen the cops instead of the bank robbers, the cops tough he was with the robbers and they started to hunt him down everything was good, not life turned bad to him, again.
Months have passed and OutKaster was always hunted down, even Heroes start to hunt him down, each day passed it only got worse.
ENOUGH! Shout OutKaster and he entered the crime life, first he started to rob things then he started to kill cops, then Heroes.
OutKaster started to gain fame, and the Heroes join together to catch him, and they did. Once in the prison OutKaster received connections and found Lord Arachnos followers, which helped him and introduced him to Kalina. And his life of crime started big time.
