Daily maintenance (server downtime) times

City of Heroes and Villains undergoes server maintenance daily from 8am to 10am UK time* (9am to 11am for most of Western Europe). During this time, the game servers may not be accessible as we perform maintenance and make any updates to them.

Wentworth's and Black Market: As the servers that host these consignment houses are hosted with the North America servers, please note that they will be unavailable during scheduled maintenance on the North American servers. These downtimes will normally occur on Monday and Friday between 14:00 and 16:00 GMT*.

Please note: while we are reserving this daily two-hour period for maintenance updates, they will not necessarily require the entire two hours - the servers will only be brought down if maintenance is required.

Additional updates may be scheduled outside this time-period as needed.

We may also perform maintenance on additional CoH-related servers, such as the web servers, message boards, or login servers.

We appreciate your patience as we work during these time periods to provide you with the highest quality of service in City of Heroes.
