The robo surgery slightly improves you reclaimator (I believe it adds 10% to both health and endurance). To get it you will need to have healed 25,000,000 millions worth of hit points.
The Combat logs (once you have healed 100,000,000 million hit points) will give you break frees.

Ok - med-bay items. Earned by SG badges, including AUTO-DOC, ROBO-SURGERY and COMBAT LOG. I know that the Auto-Doc sells Greens and Blues, but what do the other two do? Awakens? Clears? Anyone let me know?
