New to Heroes, comments on BS/Regen build

I rolled my 1st scrapper at the beggining of last week, currently it's built for pure PvE only and at level 24.

Ideally i'd like her to be able to do well in sirens, warburg and RV, so comments on build please, i think i'm pretty happy with the powers (ok TP isn't my favorite travel power but it's not surpressed) not so sure on the slotting.

Will FA be ok with only 1 end red as i have both quick recovery and stamina 3 slotted with end mod's?

I'd recommend slotting TP more unless you're planning to respec it out. With 3 range and a few endrdx it's the fastest travel power.

Not all that familiar with laser beam eyes and I don't know how potent it would be, even slotted for that much damage - those slots might be more use elsewhere... No doubt others will know better than I.

Edit: Oh, and welcome to CoH!

Now that looks like a very sturdy build!
Hasten seems a bit late but with the recharge slotting in your attacks you should be ok.
I'm not that keen on TP, it can be a nightmare in hazard zones and can leave you drained after long journeys.
You might want to put a second End Red in FA just to be on the safe side (I notice you didn't put one in Integration and that might tip the balance).

Dammit BB! You realise you've picked exactly the same powers at exactly the same levels as me, dont you!

Ah, well, at least I know it'll be easy levelling for a while

hehe m8 now whos copying
thats not my actual build atm, but will be what I respec into, atm it's pure PvE no tactis etc.

Still not sold on tp though, thinking about it I have on my stalker as he's squishy, scrappers are a lot harder so no need to run away as much, may try a SS/CJ combo as that will bring hasten up a lot sooner.

Black, can say that with Stamina and Quick Recovery 3 slotted, my Scrapper was more than happy with just a range SO in Teleport. He doesn't run out of endurance except when trying to cross Independence Port lengthways chain TPing immediately with FA, Sprint and Integration all running. If FA and Sprint are turned off he gains a little end while TPing. And he can still beat Superspeederrs to the mission... I *Highly* recommend this bind.

You will want two-three endreds and two-three ToHit Buffs in FA. Running this with 3 Endred and 2 Tohits I have never had any trouble hitting anything short of +6 Boss mobs in PVE ever. Endurance cost is very high for it though.

I'm a big fan of Divine Avalanche/Parry. I'd highly recommend slotting it 2 Accuracy/1 Recharge/3 Defbuff eventually if you can. This will let you set up a 46% defense buff in under 5 seconds when things get out of hand by simply starting to double stack it.

In PVE I've never had much trouble getting a TP Foe to hit with just an Accuracy SO in it. Running FA this practically never misses on less than a Boss. Can understand why you'd want it buffed for PvP though, but remember that firing off Build Up just before you TP them is better than sticking two Accuracy SOs in there.
