Ninjitsu Spec
If your not taking stealth , id recommend getting SJ as a travel power , because if u used SS they tend to see you coming more often , where if u use SJ u come outta nowhere and they are 9.9/10 times to slow to react and u land it.
I would swap gamblers cut for sting of the wasp because it has better damage , and is ussually a finisher if u got damage debuff from zone.
IF your taking DA to scrap , slot it with 2 acc and 3 defbuffs.
You dont need 2 endrdx in your defensive toggles , only 1
Kujinrin should be slotted with 3 recharge , not dmg resist as it is your mez protection and u want it up 24/7.
soaring dragon should have 3 dmg , 2 acc
golden dragonfly should have 3 dmg , 2 acc
assasins strike should have 3 dmg , 2 acc
Hide , should have 3 def buff , 1 endrdx
If you can find the slots , get rid of smoke flash for caltrops (it is far more useful), and slot blind powder with 3 acc and 1 recharge , as the base acc on Blind powder is very poor...

yeah i'd drop gamblers for flashing steel as gamblers is min damage.
Soaring dragon and golden dragon fly needs 2 acc 3 dam 1 endredux as they will get through your end in no time.
seriously wouldn't slot heal .. regen on it is not that high.
2 acc on smoke flash and blinding at the most.
tbh if you have flashing steel,sting of the wasp,SD and GD you don't really need hasten as you'll have an attack chain with the odd brawl thrown in and you'll do alot more damage.(if you have recharge in flashing and sting).. works on my build
Divine Avalanche i dunno .. some ppl love it some hate it .. i suppose its ok if you mean to stand around scrapping but as it does no damage and you can't really get over 20% def buff so i hear i'd prefer another attack as stalkers don't really have the HP to stand around to long.

Actually , the exact figure is 46.82% extra base dodge vs melee with 2x divine avalanche stacked . I have had scraps with MA scrapper that use BU and cannot even go through my defense when i have them stacked.

yep didn't look at my hero builder before i posted .. its 15% base so 2 hits would be 30% unslotted.
still .. in pvp most ppl slot 2 acc and with buildup its enough for 'most' ppl to get through.(121.6% acc or something or other)

Well, I did say I'd probably spec into Sting of the Wasp later...
It's just that on my other Stalker, I got my next frontal attack at lvl 26, so I got slightly bored
Edit: I didn't realise how I had slotted DA, I wanted to do 2 acc, 2 def buff, 2 recharge...
I think you need build up much sooner than 28.
If you do take SJ rather than SS and you still take Hasten, then delay taking it until 22 when you can slot it with SO's.
You can delay taking defensive powers until you're in the teens or later as they aren't much use to a Stalker until you can slot them with SO's and have enough attacks to do some scrapping.

Well, my lvl 33 Regen Stalker is pretty terrible imo, and I want to remake him as a Ninjitsu. This is what I have thrown together.
