get rid of shadow punch, air superiority is a better option (if fully slotted)
This will enable you to select hasten much earlier in your build
I would also suggest slotting all attacks with a recharge, this will give a decent attack chain with just Air Sup, Smite, Maul and Grasp which is more than sufficient

I'll have to wait until the freespec comes along before I can test it. 
Its designed with all the higer PvP zones in mind, SC, Wb & RV plus exemping to help friends.
I simple CANNOT get a good build with this setup... Seriously, I have over 15 variations on Hero Builder and they all pretty much suck!
With the build I have now, I lack Reconstruction(completely) and Touch of Fear(at 49, so not in PvP), yet I can still own in Warburg without MoG...
Maybe it's the tohit debuffs I have on all of my attacks... (Only one in each that accepts them, except with Midnight Grasp I have that with an immob instead.)
Anyway, I need a guild build that will make me all round good... I *think* this is the best I have come up with so far...
This is one that follows Chive's Regen guide...more so than the others, anyway.
