Semi PvP DM/Rgn
It's not hard to make a Scrapper good at both, to be honest.
Get Body Mastery, seriously consider the Ranged attacks, try to fit speed in and go with either Jump/Flight, or both, DM's can make good use of Air Superiority, keep Soul Drain obviously, terrific in PvE, go with the usual attacks Smite/Shadow Maul/Midnight Grasp... Uh... anything else?
Oh yeah, I hear good things about Weapons Mastery for the -Fly and -Jump in web grenades - Though I wouldn't be sure about it on a DM Scrapper, you'd have to slot a lot of Acc to compensate for the loss of Body and I'm unsure if DM can make a decent enough attack chain with the loss of Recharge enhancements.
And I forgot to say - Get and slot Touch of Fear.
World of Jackcraft.
I found that i had to take air superiority to have a decent attack chain when hasten is down. Although i think i'll be respeccing shadow punch outta the equation and slotting Air Sup when the i7 respec comes round as Air Sup does 'almost' the same damage unslotted as Shadow punch does with 4 damage slotted.
Edit - i should also add that on the DM/Regen i stupidly respecced in darkness mastery for hammi raids and have no extra 'attacks' from that.

I know tactics on a scrapper is pointless (or very nearly) but could be quite useful in PvP any point? What would be good instead?
This is my build, I have used it to solo pretty much everything that is soloable (EBs/GMs)
I don't find an 11% accuracy boost, a perception boost, 10% damage boost and some status effect resistance useless!

Focussed Accuracy is better than Tactics, so there's not much point in getting it. It's worth using those slots to 6-slot Dull Pain and Instant Healing to get as much healing as you possibly can.
However unless I spend my entire time in level 50 missions, or recluses victory, something that is unlikely to happen FA is not availabe to me at all times. Having tactics in a build similar to NTrailz' build would give me the boost to perception/accuracy in Sirens Call and Warburg that could be handy. And to be honest I will have a play round on test and see if I can swap an accuracy for a recharge in each attack.

In your planned build you have Tactics after Focused Acc.
World of Jackcraft.
True which is why I mentione NTrailz listed build instead rather than posting my updated build.
Okay sort of changed my mind, I'm going to make it pretty much a full PvP build, as that is pretty much all I do with Lost Ninja now.
Hopefully by the time they actually add some new lvl50 PvE they'll offer another free respec or some more earnt ones. Anyone fancy posting a build? Not so much to copy but to see how things are done differently.
As I have said many times I'm not a huge PvP fan, but with RV coming up as well as the freespec, I'm looking at speccing Lost Ninja into a build that is functional in PvP, whilst remaining okay at PvE. More importantly it has to be a good exemp build, as certainly over level 20 I will be exemping, both for Sirens and for helping teams in PvE.
I can easily build for PvE (though looking at my I6 build you may wonder) PvP is a bit stumping so a build or suggestions would be handy.
