By now, the Valentine's Event has been finished, so the missions probably don;t exist anymore.
The missions are still there, I still have a Defeat Snaptooth mission and DJ Zero as a contact. But I don't think that the chance of finding one with the girdle mission is big.

Yes I know.
I was completing the missions at about 2.30 and when I completed one I exited the mission and the contacts had gone!
