Not sure if these are correct but I take these number's from Sherk's Silver hero editor, wich is pretty accurate:
Focused accuracy has a tohit buff of 25% base, 39.2% with 3 SOs and an end cost of 0.6 EPS, 0.3 EPS with 3 end rdx SOs.
Energy Torrent's damage is 5.2 brawl with 3 dmg SOs(when Whirling Hands' brawl damage is 5.5)
Fireball's damage is 7.6 total(smash, fire and 5 dots)
