I based the following on PvP and with using respec at lvl 26. I did it this way because to me it makes more sense for Nin/Nin not to respec till then simply to be able to replace one of the low damage attacks with a higher one without losing out on anything else. I know some wouldn't add the defenses in, but i find that i can escape much easier without getting hit with them hence hide comes back up quicker. Iirc you wont be able to respec till lvl 25 anyway.
