Epic Archtypes aren't in the game yet, but I'd guess the first would be issue 9ish.
Ancillary Power Pools aren't in-game yet, as the level cap is 40. But the Patron Power Pools (As they'll be called) involve you swearing your honour to an Arachnos Commander, unlocking their power pool.

Think KS meant the Ancilary (used to be called epic) power pools rather than new epic archtypes.
