Newspaper-style web design thingies?

Is anyone aware of either a newspaper style template ie something like the Paragon Times or any other websites that mimic a tabloid paper. With Rockjaws post about fansites, thought it was tyme to revamp the P&T back issues

I'd go for a nice balance between paper-style design and web-style usability - www.nytimes.com is one of my favourites on that score...
