I see. That would help a lot with kiting and taking out high-defense builds... but are those the only two powers I take? That frees up a power slot in my build, if so.

You can get Web Envelope, also good for kiting with the -jump effect is has.
Well if you have another power spot and slots left, then you can pick MB too, from the same set.
So that'd cost you total 3 power spots and then 12 extra slots(excluding the naturally following one slot) at least. 6 on both MB and Web, then 3 on FA (like 3 Cyto's or 3 Enzyme's.)
So I have a fancy little SS/WP build I want to use for PvP and traditional farming, as well as some AE street sweeping. It seems pretty doable, as I have a fair amount of cash sitting around in the form of some IOs I need to sell (it should be close to 400-600 mil infamy), and some of these IOs, I already have. I could use some build critique, 'cause I have no idea what PvP and farming are like for brutes in today's gameplay (I haven't PvPed or farmed on a brute, or seen one in action, since i13). A price estimate would rock too.
A few additional questions:
1. Best PvP Patron Pool for SS/WP (or overall)? What powers do I want from this pool?
2. Is this build gonna be affordable in today's virtual economy? My home server is Virtue.
3. Purples: are they even worth looking at or this more of a pipe dream in terms of affordability?
4. Accolades; I have none so far, nor any prerequisites. Which should I go for, and how do I get the most important ones first?
