Yes, hide will activate if you are in hibernate.
Yes, enemies will still try to attack you while in hibernate and will stay aggro'd to you unless you have an outside influence to take the aggro, like a team mate.

If I am unhidden and activate hibernate, will I become hidden while I am hibernated? Will the enemies still try to attack me once hibernate drops?
