Has anyone tried the defender version of World of Confusion with Contagious Confusion? I am curious if the contagiousness makes the World of Confusion more useful? I am considering respec'ing my dark/dark/elec into dark/dark/mind. The final answer will depend on whether this proc makes the power itself more useful.
