Per ParagonWiki: Singularity is also intangible to other players; they are able to walk through it, unlike other Pets.
Beyond that, not sure why you would slot it for Intangible.
None of its attacks have an Intangibility effect, so, it's a bug. /Bug it.
Maybe at one time it had a phase attack, but it certainly doesn't now.

I have had my singularity "phase out" when it took a lot of damage from The Envoy of Shadows. I noticed it because the damage messages scrolled up as "Unaffected" so I suspect it's a "self intangible" power.

Singularity has no self-phase powers and never has. I don't know what you think you saw, but it wasn't generated by Singularity.
Singularity used to have the power Dimension Shift. It was removed in 2005, but the ability to accept intangibility enhancements was never removed.

What does it do? I don't know of the Singy doing any intangibility attacks?
