DM/WP Scrapper?
Max out HP, damage, and accuracy.
Regen would be good too - even without RttC you have higher-than-usual regen thanks to Fast Healing.
"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
Thanks for the replies. So, here's what I came up with. I actually have some of the expensive IOs just lying around on alts, so it's not quite as expensive as it looks. I made another build that is very similar but replaces the Leaping pool with Concealment powers stealth, grant invisibility and phase shift:

I'm a straight-up noob when it comes to PvP, but I'm pretty sure DM/WP is sub-optimal for PvP to begin with. That being said, I'm not one to back down from a bad idea easily!
So: I'm gonna use my 2nd build for PvP stuff. What powers, IO bonuses, etc. should I focus on to keep this guy 1) not faceplanting, and 2) doing damage? I won't stop you from offering a build if you really want to, but all I'm really asking for is principles with which I may design one, i.e., what to focus on, etc.
Thanks!
