Hmm, As you're using Hover & Fly, I'd recommend more range in Blaze and Fire Breath. Perhaps 1-2 Range IO for Blaze and 4-5 pieces of Devastion(I often do one 1 Range, I Dam/Range HO, and 4 parts Devastation for the short range/High Damage powers). Positron's Blast is perfect for Fire Breath, but add another slot for 1 range IO.

Fly has recently been buffed, and only requires 2 slots to reach max fly speed. Not sure Why you have both Fly and Super Jump short of placeholding. (Although, you could swap a power out to grab Acrobatics for a smidgen of Hold Protection)


The plastic tips at the end of shoelaces are called aglets. Their true purpose is sinister.
