Sonic/Energy advice
Sonic/NRG =/ sounds like PvP.
But since this is Blaster forum, I'll assume it isn't.
This is general IO build that I made in 2 mins.

No this is for PvE.It's going to be run with my wife's toon.
I was just asking those who might know more than I for some input.Hoping it wasn't too much to ask.
I've been running scrappers lately and just want some input.

Skipping Siren's Song is a mistake in most builds. It is far too useful of a power and can slot Fortunata Hypnosis, which is by FAR the cheapest of the purple sets.
On large teams it isn't very useful due to the amount of AoE being thrown around, but when soloing or on a 2-3 person team that knows how to work with it, it will increase your survivability quite a bit.
If the build is purely for PvP I would say skip it for sure.

I'll remember that Claws and there's no PvP in my future, don't care for it.

Also, consider going with Electric Mastery for another AoE cone. Howl first to debuff the spawn and Static Discharge immediately afterward makes for a nice 1-2 combo.
My preferred use of Siren's Song also includes having Screech (and maybe Stun). Sleep the mob, wake one up with Screech (so it is stunned and still doesn't shoot back) kill it with single target attacks. Keep going through the mob until it's all dead. You'd be surprised at how fast you can get throgh missions once you get good at that. Will also let you use your melee attacks in almost complete safety.

Good advice,thanks.
I love Elec Mastery, have it on 2 other blasters.
I have passed on the cone so far in the low levels to control aggro a bit,but plan on it later.

Looking for any advice on power selection and slotting for this build.
I've been away from blasters for a long time and looking for help.
There wasn't really anything recent to check on,so thanks in advance.
