You got the number pad keys named incorrectly. Also note that no key name ever has a space in it.

/bind NumpadAdd "cce 3 CCSalute"
so i must be doing some thing wrong still, can you please just tell me the right way?

Right now I'm wanting to rebind one of my Fav Char's outfit slots to the same keys but do the CC Emotes. And i might be doing some thing wrong please help.
I'm trying to make these bind's work but there not,
